Avoid. Best not to order from this company.
My order came from Sweden. Had to return due to incompatability. I was advised that the return shipping is to a company in China. Order sent. It's been over a month. After enquiring, I am now advised that I need to pay Chinese customs duty in order for the goods to be relesed to the Chinese company for a refund. The shipping cost, together with the customs duty amounts to more then the original cost of the order. I had to write off the original purchase price plus the shipping cost. So, best to avoid.

I wish I can give negative star. DON’T buy from this website !! I just received my wall lamp, the size is way smaller and I wish I had done more research before clicking. All instructions are in Chinese and definitely NOT a European product !! Too much hassle for me to return. Just pray it works.

This is a scam store. All the items come from Temu a one third the price. This is not an European store. It is all poor quality and not at all as described and shown in the photos! RUN AWAY!

Lo mismo que otras personas ya han puesto: la web presenta un estudio en Estocolmo con unas fotos preciosas y lo que te mandan vienen directo desde China (la caja, un burdo papel, todo en chino), y la lámpara no tiene nada que ver. La devolución intentan que te contentes con 20€ a gastar en su web, si no, tienes que mandar el paquete de vuelta a China pagando tú el envío. No piquéis, de verdad que son malos malos. La lámpara que yo compré tiene un reflejo horrible que te quedas ciego al mirarla, una estafa.

So this company just forwards you products from China!

Went to the bank and did get my money back.

I wish i could give 0 stars. It’s scam, don’t buy anything from them it’s like throwing your money in garbage. I bought lamps and it looked nothing like the pictures on website. And when I returned it, they refused to refund the money because they claim they haven’t received the package!!!! And nobody answers anymore. Huge SCAMMERS!

They are dishonest and unreliable—one of the worst companies in Europe. I strongly advise against buying from them, as they do not honor their refund policy. I returned my items seven months ago, yet I still haven't received my refund. Avoid them at all costs!

Ils utilisent Colis Privé pour livreur, une entreprise à la limite de l'arnaque avec une réputation affreuse.
Réputez-vous chanceux si vous recevrez votre lampe, car pour moi ce n'était pas le cas...

La calidad de sus productos no es, para nada, la mostrada en las fotos. Productos hiper caros para lo que recibes y en realidad no tienen devoluciùlón gratuita porque tienes que pagar los gastos hasta China. Hacen todo lo posible porque no devuelvas. UN TIMO.

Une commande passée le 17 décembre qui n'est toujours pas arrivée...un service client qui me dit que le colis est chez Colis Privé alors que sur le site de colis privé ils disent qu'il n'est pas encore disponible...La société n'indique aucune information sur son siège social, numéro d'entreprise, etc...je formulerai une plainte officielle si cela s'avère totalement frauduleux.

Achat de 4 produits dont 1 et demi défectueux. Publicité mensongère. Très mauvaise qualité Chinoise a prix surfait (les mêmes articles sont vendus à la moitié du prix sur Amazon). Nombreux mails envoyés pour proposer une solution. Réponse en cours. J’updaterai mon commentaire avec les conclusions. Méfiance.

Livraison soit disant livrée après presque 3 semaines pour un produit soit-disant provenant de Suède mais rien dans ma boîte aux lettres et chez mes voisins.
Quand j’informe, la seule réponse est l’envoi du tracking.
Quand je demande comment faire pour être livré de nouveau ou remboursé… plus de réponse…

J'ai commandé 3 articles pour prés de 100 € depuis un mois et toujours pas livrés. Aucun suivi et aucun délai de livraison, malgré une promesse le jour de la commande que le colis est en 'préparation'

Ce site se présente sur 3 adresses mails différentes créant le client dans une complète confusion FUYEZ !

I purchased a product from this company after seeing a Facebook ad. The product was delivered promptly but became defective after a month of usage. The support center asked me to take a video to show them what the problem was (one of the sonicator a was defective) and they sent me another one for replacement. Top class, what else to expect ?

Forsøgte at annullere samme dag som varerne blev bestilt - blev spist af med en undskyldning om, at min mail var endt i spam og varerne var sendt i mellemtiden. Jeg bestilte d. 29/11 og varerne er endnu ikke kommet. Når man tracker sin vare, ser det forskelligt ud fra gang til gang. Først så det ud til, at pakken var ankommet til NL d. 16/12, nu er datoen ændret til d. 18/12.. Tror ikke rigtig på, at jeg modtager noget som helst - og i hvert fald ikke inden jul!
Det var dyre lærepenge🤬
- Lad være at bestille noget som helst.

Colis en attente de départ du colis depuis le jour de la commande. Plus de 2 semaines après, le colis est toujours indiqué en attente de prise en charge sur le site de départ.

Le service client contacté répond que le colis sera livré.

Niks bij bestellen. Pakje komt niet uit Zweden maar regelrecht uit China dus je betaald 10x teveel.
Bestelling klopte ook niet, ik ben benieuwd of ze dit gaan oplossen. Doen ze dit wel dan zal ik een nieuwe review posten.

J'ai commandé Space Projection Light. La lampe et les cartouches pour la même adresse.
Nous avons reçu les cartouches mais pas la lampe.
Le problème a été signalé, mais avons reçu aucune réponse aucune proposition de remboursement.
Site à fuire absolument. Visiblement ça viendrait de Chine et non pas de Suède. (Swedish company based in Stockholm) Site trompeur.
