I have used Cotton Traders for years…
I have used Cotton Traders for years and have been very pleased with the quality etc., Service has been excellent.
Due to weight loss, I am having to rebuild my wardrobe so back to Cotton Traders for more clothes.
Several sizes smaller. But still very good quality and value for money.

Yes as usual the garments are first class but unfortunately I paid for next day delivery but unfortunately it did not happen it was the following day, maybe I ordered a bit late in the day, not to worry the garments are good.

Not what I was expecting
I purchased a pair of what was described as boot cut denim trousers last year from my local cotton traders. They were so comfortable I tried to reorder the same jeans in dark denim but was told they were out of stock. I contacted them in February and to my disappointment they said they won't be getting any new stock until July. They arrived last week and they were not the same jeans at all. I would described the jeans like bell bottom jeans than a boot cut. The image on their website is misleading. On this occasion I am very disappointed with Cotton Traders

Returns for cotton traders
Ordered a pair of linen trousers for my wife unfortunately she didn't like the feel of the material and were longer than what i expected so I returned them via a cotton traders shop I didn't have to do anything else just gave them the return slip and was refunded my money next day this is a first time for myself to return an item from cotton traders i would recommend these traders

I am quite new to Cotton Traders
I am quite new to Cotton Traders both via the email/internet method of purchase and have found the method of buying clothing most efficient. I have been very pleased with the items I have purchased so far and intend to use them again. When an item was unacceptable, returning it for a refund was straight forward.
