The 4 stars are for the quality of the product but I have to say the delivery is appalling. Evry lost my original order and it wasn't until I rang a week later that you sent out a replacement which has been received although not delivered to the correct address.
Please change your courier.

Clothes were of a lovely quality and good sizeing.

Purchased a couple of tee shirts in store at Edwalton, Nottingham. Great purchases and the two ladies working there are an absolute delight.

The delivery company were the worst I have ever encountered, so much so I may never use Cotton Traders again.

I bought a size L paisley pattern short sleeved shirt from your branch in Beverley. My size is ususally XL, but you only had it in L. I had second thoughts about the size and returned it that day. Your assistant, Lizzie, was exceptionally helpful. She checked on stock, and said that the branch in Hornsea had what looked like two shirts in the right size. She rang Hornsea, and the person she spoke to checked on availability in the shop and in the stockroom. She found one and posted it to me. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Lizzie and to her colleague in Hornsea. You both went the extra mile- great service! Rob J, Hessle

First it took my order 9 days to be delivered. When it arrived the items looked nice and value for money but the size was so small. I ordered 18/20 but would be surprised if it would fit a size 16. Had to return for my money back.

ALways deiliver on time specifeid and returns/refunds are very good. Good quaility garments as well.

I bought a pair of trousers from you which were too large, reading your exchange terms which reads 'your replacement item and delivery and deliver postage-free', what I did not expect was to be charged £3.35 for the return postage. So in total I have paid an extra £7.34 for one pair of trousers, this is just a rip off. Please take my details off of your system as I will never buy anything from you again.

It was satisfying actually talking to someone who was very pleasant as well taking my order.
The product I ordered however I’ve had to return.
Lacy vests, I ordered in different sizes, my normal size small and
2 larger sizes. All of them too small. They must have been made in China as their.sizes much smaller than ours.

Very good product/service.
