I have used Cotton Traders for years, I am not so pleased with their products as I used to be. The two shirts I purchased recently do not live up to the usual Cotton Trader standards, the button holes on both shirts were poorly finished, not bad enough to return the shirts but close and annoying all the same.

I found this review by another purchaser, I experienced exactly the same problem.

Nice shirt but let down by poor stitching of button holes. Many had a thread right across them that got caught by the button stitching when trying to undo them.

I think I will buy my shirts elsewhere in future.

I bought a pair of walking sandals which are very comfortable, true to size and colourful. Quick delivery.

Good quality very pleased with goods but not happy with length of time for delivery , didn’t receive parcel until 17th July .
Cotton Traders need to stop using Evri for delivery.
Owing to using this delivery company it has put me off from ordering in the future.

The items are just what I wanted .
Shame you dint cargo shorts when I done my order.

The dresses I am returning just didn’t suit my figure ie small bust, large hips and stomach.
The tops , although I liked the colours, were too long in the sleeves and slightly too tight.

I returned a tracked item, received no communication on refund. I ordered another size, still waiting on it to arrive.. the courier is Evri, they seem to please themselves. Likelihood of receiving this in time for a wedding now is very slim. As its two days away. I emailed about refund, no reply.. very disappointing, from Mrs Elizabeth Basi aged 84.

I ordered a pale lemon blouse but unfortunately, the colour was very pale & didn't look good on me, I arranged to return it via my local Cotton Traders shop at Evesham Country Parks (Twyford) they were extremely helpful & very nice indeed, it wasn't any trouble to return it, I also arranged to pick up another blouse from the shop at the same time, it all worked out very well. Very happy with my new blouse, the fit, the colour & the price coupled with the simplicity of returning the other, quick simple & easy without any hassle. Thank you to all at Cotton Traders & all at Evesham Country Parks shop. Yvonne
