I returned the item requested a receipt and did not receive it nor any response from Cotton Traders. I would also like the opportunity to exchange for a larger size but was not offered that choice.

The Chino were made of a good quality cloth but were of a baggy design!
I'm still waiting for a refund even though the parcel was delivered bach to Cotton Traders on Tuesday 4.8.26!

Good quality goods that fit
Always a good company to buy from with a good quality selection of products the actually fit with the size stated. Ordering online is easy and quick to see if your size/colour is available. Have bought various items over the years and never disappointed. Delivery seamless, with updates from the carrier.

Almost perfect but not quite!
It doesn't crease and It is exactly what I wanted ie a light half sleeved simple and attractive summer cardigan. But I wanted elegant sleeves without the flappy loose look that seems endemic these days and the sleeves don't quite make it!

Outstanding Company.
Cotton traders are an excellent company, nothing is too much trouble. On line communications are excellent and the Customer care staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgable and very professional. Importantly their products are excellent quality and good value.

Have returned my first Order as Size not suitable.
I have suggested replacing with smaller size to save new transaction and preserve the Promo discount. I did not receive response. I am purchasing for an elderly gentleman in a Care Home so this would have been helpful.
