I don’t like leaving negative reviews…
I don’t like leaving negative reviews but feel I have no choice.
Ordered a pair of jeans in store on 11/6/26 to he delivered to the store. They didn’t arrive on the expected date and was told to try again the next week as they only have a delivery on a Tuesday. They still didn’t arrive and I was then told they were out of stock. Why was the order accepted and why wasn’t I contacted? I then asked for a different leg length to be delivered to my home address. These arrived promptly but were not the colour I was expecting so I returned them to the store on 4/7/26 and was told a refund would be issued in 3-5 working days. After a week I contacted to store to chase the refund and was told they have a back log and it might be 10 days. It is now 17th July and still no sign of the refund. The 2 members of staff that I have dealt with in the store have been helpful but customer service from head office has been dire. On the whole, it has been a sad experience.

Be warned that the shop prices are more than on the website and if you buy in a shop you have to go back to the same shop to obtain the refund which may not work if you were miles away. Not even possible to send a photo of the receipt to the store or head office. Would put me off buying in future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our shoes are offered in an E fit which is a comfort fit that is in between a standard width and a wide width. However, we do take all our customers feedback back very seriously and I have passed this to our buying team for their future consideration.

This company always surpises me
This company always surpises me. The variety of men's wear is good and well priced. The three Short sleeve Base Layer T shirts could have been a bit thicker, but the fit was good and they were 100% cotton, which I prefer.
