Not your fault but the fault delivery…
Not your fault but the fault delivery firm Evri. They do not deliver to this post code I don't think they have any delivery in this area. It's you that have a contract with them not me and they do not honour that. They accept goods from you for delivery to your customers but once said goods reach their delivery depots Everi send them straight back to you leaving your customers frustrated and very disappointed.

Our package was delivered to the wrong… but excellent customer service resolved the issue.
Our package was delivered to the wrong address by the courier. I rang cotton traders and the customer service was excellent. I spoke to real people and they sent a replacement out right away. The pants are great for my husband to do the garden and he can manage them. He is diasabled. Very happy.
