Disappointed
Placed an order after seeing the promotion for free travel bag and entered the appropriate code given.
Order arrived but no free travel bag. Disappointed and made worse by the same promotion emailed the following week .

Delivery service not good.
Goods are good quality. EVRi delivery is rubbish. Goods left on doorstep - that's not delivery - it's abandonment of your goods - they are not mine until delivered. You need to change your courier.

Always love their clothes
Always love their clothes , but this time had to return 2 items size not right , returned by Royal Mail same day I received goods on , 9th July , still awaiting Credit 19th July, so not happy about that

I am still awaiting my order
I am still awaiting my order. I was told by couriers they had it 7 days ago then I was told it was delayed. I complained and Evri customer services contact me every day but say it seems to be lost somewhere. I stopped having them to my house as parcels never turned up so I chose to have it sent to my local parcel shop and they still don't seem to be able to manage that. Very disappointing.

I'm still waiting for refunds
I'm still waiting for refunds for two returns which were received by Cotton Traders last Monday (13th) and Wednesday (15th) respectively (it's now Sunday). I have to pay for goods at the time of dispatch - i.e prior to receipt - I would therefore expect prompt treatment of refunds, at the very least within 24 hours of receipt!

Try item on straight away
Purchased a pair of trousers because I had previously bought trousers from Cotton Traders. I ordered the same size as the first pair but unfortunately didn't try them on as I assumed the fit would be the same. Sadly this isn't the case the new pair are huge. The size ordered was a 16 but these look and wear like at least an 18. They look ridiculous as they are so big so having worn them once I won't be wearing them again as I feel embarrassed to be seen in them.
