The products are good.
The returns system is fairly straightforward but refunds are taking a long time.

To be honest, it is tiresome that every time I buy something these days I am asked to write a review. Perhaps reputable companies such as Cotton Traders could request fewer reviews in future.

Unfortunately, the pull on denim trousers have a very strong chemical smell and although I have washed them 5 times, dried them outside on a line for 24 hours each time, the smell has not completely disappeared. It is a shame as otherwise the trousers are a really good summer alternative to heavier jeans.

My wife liked the cotton t-shirt it was true to size and a comfortable fit.
Only complaint was the slow turnaround time from point of order to delivery

The sizing was too small. Originally I ordered size 20s hoping they would be loose. They were like straight jackets. So I ordered 24s and they weren't much bigger. And no, I haven't put on weight.

The bag looked lovely, the size was good and the quality of material on the outside. However the material inside kept getting caught on the zip when I tried to undo it, which meant I could not open it and put things in it which ultimately meant the bag was not fit for purpose!

Excellent quality as always. Replenished my wardrobe with more colour. Still have a few tee shirts still wearable after 3 years! Fast delivery too.

Lovely clothes that suit my smart/casual style. Returns are much easier than with most other companies because they send a pre paid label with each order, then deduct the postage from the refund, thus making it much easier if you're not too IT savvy, or dont have a printer or temperamental WiFi/'phone signal service.

Exactly what we wanted, fitted well, and delivered promptly.
