I bought size 10 chinos and the fit was great. I had to shorten them as I'm very petite so please, more trousers in the shorter length.

Lovely customer service, friendly & helpful. Any purchases in store or ordering on line for deliveries has been excellent and prefer items delivered to shop as feel safer in receiving them. Plus items I’ve purchased have been great quality.

I took it back to a shop and all very easy to return ,and the refund arrived quickly .

The best towels i have ever bought !
Stress free ordering , fast delivery and an excellent product. The quality of these towels is very good and I'm particularly impressed with the softness .

Great men's trousers. Very comfortable and the waist is great as it has waist band that expands as you move from standing to sitting.

Pretty annoyed
Pretty annoyed. Ive been buying small size v neck teashirts from you for years. I love them. Bought my teashirts for winter, took the labels off as they are always perfect and next day put one on.
And lo its an oversized tent I cant wear.
It appears you have decided a small is now the new medium and I needed to buy XS. Why have you done this?

Cotton traders keep me up to date with all their latest in their monthly catalogues. They sell high quality clothes etc which are reasonably priced.I always bought my husband his trousers,shirts and shorts here. He was a big guy, height and stature, clothing fitted great and the colour schemes were great summer and winter.

The trousers were £18 in the advert
The trousers were £18 in the advert. I was charged £26
I was asked to message all the sales details which I have done. Heard nothing.

Returned whole order
Returned whole order, after a week refund processed but with a £7.34 deduction. I expected a small amount to cover postage but not this amount on an order for a tee shirt and cotton trousers. I contacted customer service who said it was an error by the warehouse and refunded £3.99. I’m not totally convinced, lucky I checked. Will not be ordering anything else.
