Useless still awaiting goods

Very good quality clothes and they wash nicely as well, my whole wardrobe this summer is built around your collections of tops.

I wanted a selection of simple T shirts and that is exactly what I got. I’m very pleased with them, they are comfortable, wash well and are just what I needed.

Delivery was fine. Returns take forever though and there’s no option to exchange for another size. Means you’re losing business as I had to return things for a refund when I’d have taken replacements in a smaller size if that was offered. Instead you need to re-order - I’m not doing that when it takes nearly a month to get the refund on the original order as I’m out of pocket.

I bought 2 things last year and now I keep getting LOADS of mail from them , tried to stop them to no avail

I ordered T shirts. They were very good quality but too thick, I was hoping for something thinner and more lightweight.

Purchased a quilt cover in the sale £20 reduced from £79 it is of excellent quality and of course great value for money and was delivered quickly.

I purchased a jacket from you 2 months ago. I wanted it in both colours but you only had one. Last week I noticed you had the other colour back in so I went for it only this time it came creased to beggary and I can't steam them out. To be very fair you have offered me a full refund incl postage but you can't replace it as you are out of stock. I did ask if you would pay for a dry cleaners to press it but the answer was no.

Appreciate the speed of delivery. Now to get to grips with sizing !
As usual with mail delivery it takes a few times to access your info on size.

Evri lost our goods! Having contacted Cotton Traders a second batch was sent out immediately which we have no received and are very pleased with the itms, first class service.

Lovely clothes, but customer service needs improvement.

I’ve been happy with the quality and style of the clothes I’ve ordered from Cotton Traders, and I have no complaints about the products themselves. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service has been disappointing.

I recently returned an item and have received no confirmation or acknowledgement that the return has been received. I’ve also found the response rate to emails to be very poor, with little to no communication unless I chase things up.

It’s frustrating because the products are genuinely lovely, but good customer service is an important part of the overall shopping experience. Clear communication and a simple confirmation when a return is received would make a huge difference.

Hopefully this is something Cotton Traders can improve, as I would like to continue ordering from them.

iThink cotton traders is a good shop,there clothes are good quality and they have a great selection.They also have a great customer service if you have any problems with you're order and a good delivery service.

Quick delivery. Easy to order online. The trousers are good quality and what really pleased me was they came in a size 25" leg which fitted me perfectly. I dont know anywhere else that does this size. If you get other colours in, I will be buying more
