Promptly delivered as always

Sandles the metal part holding the straps on were so small as to be a joke, very poor quality in my opinion.
I made a mistake ordering the shirt I did not realise it was cotton plus artificial material. I have to say you specified cotton and one had to pan down to see the artificial fibre.

Cotton traders are just the best extremely good quality products I own many items from cotton traders,shirts jumpers, t-shirts, jackets, shoes and I love them all they are good quality and look good I have no complaints.

My Cotton Traders delivery was very good and on time. The invoice and return information was clear and easy to understand. I shall be using this service again.

The trousers I bought were absolutely fine and am pleased with them. My problem is the fact that the delivery company used is Evri. They never deliver to the correct address and my neighbour - from a different road - had it delivered to her and kindly brought it to me.

I had a product quality issue with this company that took months to resolve and was handled in such an appalling manor I feel compelled to leave a poor review for a company I have used for 25 years without issue.
I was asked to return the item which I didn’t have the original return slip for so was told to pay for the postage which they would refund.
Having done this and had no response after two weeks I contacted customer service who told me that the item had not been received, fortunately I had used Evri and was able to provide tracking details to show that the item had been signed for 4 days after I had dispatched it.
I was then told by customer service that a refund would be processed to cover the cost of the item plus postage and should take up to 7 days to appear back on my card.
Two weeks later I chased customer service asking were the refund was and that by complaint be escalated, my request fir escalation was refused and I got an e-mail stating that the refund had been processed and I should check with my bank.
After spending an hour on the phone to the bank they denied that any refund had been processed and that I should go back to Cotton Traders, which I did once again asking for my complaint to be escalated, which they did not do.
The following day a cheque turned up in the post from Cotton Traders.
I contacted customer service to ask why they had mislead me over the refund and was told that refunds to cards was the normal process, clearly nobody had bothered to check they just trotted out the standard company line with no concern for the customer.
Having dealt with this company for so many years I am sad to say I would not order from them again

Hi 2 items that I didn't order were added to the parcel. This isn't the first time this has happened and the items are not connected with my order e.g. a pair of ladies sandals.

Brilliant tunic tops, so soft and easy to wear especially when one has osteoarthritis. Excellent fit also.

The site was easy to negotiate, as was the ordering. The communications were really efficient & my order arrived within days whucy was terrific .
