Totally wrong size and it cost me £6 plus to have delivered and sent back. Refund was very slow coming. Be aware this company charges you just for looking at a product!!!

Great price on shoes but had to return…
Great price on shoes but had to return as they were too wide. My total cost spent was £37.35. Shoes were £30. I lost £7.35 in postage costs which is quite a large percentage of £30 (24.5%) This is something that I will definitely bear in mind if I order from Cotton Traders again. I guess it's my fault for not checking refund costs.

Well made, curious colour.
Well made, competitively priced, promptly delivered. But the ‘Fern Green’ I requested turned out to be graphite and certainly not green in any respect.

Never let down.I love theirchoice of clothes.Style,quality size and very important to me colour shades. It's my first port of call when browsing or choosing.
Overall consideration which tops everything is their speedy. and secure delivery and if necessary no fuss and effortless returns. I am elderly disabled and non tech savvy. Living in an apartment block n ot instantly accessible. I need a reliable Courier Service. and Cotton Traders provide that through Evri. Don't change.

I needed a couple of new lightweight pairs of trousers for an imminent holiday. Found 2 I liked, in my size and ghdy came the next day. Both just what I needed and came in time for me to shorten them before departure.8
