Did my click and collect and tried garments on. Neither fitted - having lost weight I had not got sizes right. The staff were so helpful, finding alternative items until I was able to walk away with what I wanted.

Beautiful polos but questionable courier
The items are beautiful and are a gift for my brother. The delivery company is not reliable and took 8 days to deliver the package once they told me they had it in their possession and were nearly 2 hours outside the time they told me they would deliver it.

Collection was easy at my chosen Garden…
Collection was easy at my chosen Garden Centre, where the garments were quickly delivered. One of the garments, the jumper, was a good fit but the trousers were way too big. I have subsequently ordered a smaller size as I love the fuchsia colour of the trousers and the wide leg.

I have been using Cotton Traders for years, and the reason being I have never been disappointed with any item I have ever bought from Yourselves. Your items are as stated. The quality is always 110% , and The prices are always most reasonable.
I’m afraid I am not up on IT or Online shopping, and anytime I have ordered over the phone, your Staff have been pleasant, professional and very easy to speak with. The returns are quickly dealt with too.
All these qualities from Your Company are reasons I’ve been returning for decades to buy from Yourselves.

What a to-do to get a parcel delivered. I have tried for 12 days and still no parcel. I HAVE JUST GIVEN UP.

I am sorry to hear of the problems you are experiencing with the delivery of your parcel.
On the whole, we are happy with the service we receive from EVRi and would say that the majority of parcels are delivered without issue. However, there are exceptions and I do apologise that you have been affected on this occasion.
Having looked into this, I can confirm that your parcel is out for delivery today.
If you have not received your parcel within the next 24 hours, please call our friendly Customer Care team on 0161 286 4321 who will arrange either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.
