I ordered a shirt and was told it was not available. I was offered other shirts but I wanted a refund, I thought this was fair as they couldn’t supply what I wanted. Many text messages later assuring me a refund was on its way, I have given up. So, no shirt, no refund. I wish I had read the reviews which seem to show similar experience to mine.

The earrings are absolutely stunning and have weight to them. The gems sparkle and they are well worth the price. I have been buying B&W products for 13 years since I moved to the UK and will continue to do so.

Lovely shop with the most amazing lush jewellery and artefacts. Very friendly staff who took time with me to look at options for a special outfit. Made a special trip to go there. I will definitely return.

Love shopping with Butler & Wilson, great website, and when you have decided your item and you check out they let you know when it’s out for delivery and it’s tracked by the post office.
