Friendly professional gym
This is a friendly, safe place to rediscover your love for exercise. The instructors are knowledgeable and enthusiastic and know exactly how to encourage you back into your fitness journey.

Excellent service
Everyone is always so lovely and welcoming. The 6 week transformation is such a great experience and I've already signed up for an ongoing membership!

Good trainers who adapted exercises to help me with my problem knees. The daily reminders were very good regarding step count, water intake and magnesium supplement.
I would recommend this company to help achieve goals. The only reason I am not continuing is because I'm waiting to see an osteopath.

BYB Online - Excellent
The live online instruction is excellent. The instructors are very clear, offer helpful alternatives for anyone with difficulty doing a particular exercise & the exercise routines change to keep the sessions interesting.
I have used the Sheffield gym which is very friendly and supportive of people at all levels and have found that the online classes have the same ethos.
I can thoroughly recommend Boost Your Body online to anyone who might find it difficult to travel to the gym.
