Absolutely amazing service from Assured
Absolutely amazing service from Assured, from the initial call with the knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly Ryan in the office to the equally professional and dedicated Jason who came to fix our EV charger. Nothing was too much trouble for Jason and the siting of the charger was 15 meters away from the elec meter at our house but again, Jason fitted all the cabling neatly and as inconspicuously as possible. He cleared up afterwards so we didn't know he had visited! As he said he does each job as if it was his own home and I agree with him! A really great service from this company. Excellent staff. thoroughly recommend

Complex job well done
Both our emergency call out after our shower leaked and the replacement of aged electrical equipment was handled by experienced and knowledgable electricians, with jobs done quickly and cleanly. Wonderfully friendly team who explain clearly what has gone wrong and what is needed to correct the issue. Grateful we had their expertise in an emergency situation.

I had a great experience with Kieran…
I had a great experience with Kieran the engineer who came to install and fix my EV charger. He arrived on time, was very professional throughout the visit, and explained everything clearly to me. He carried out the work efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He also cleaned up after completing the job, leaving the area neat and tidy. I'm very happy with the service provided by Assured Electricals and would highly recommend them.

Great service
We contacted Assured Electrical Solutions for a quote for an EV charger. They were able to provide details over the phone and followed it up with price in a text. I waited a few weeks and on a Saturday asked how soon could they install and the reply was the Mon. Wasn't expecting to be so quick. I was kept informed on day of when to expect electrician and he done a lovely job , clean and neat. Would highly recommend. Thanks

STOP - i paid £350 up front , supplied video of what was required - explained that the gas was being cut off and we needed a electrical point - for a over 90 year old vulnerable lady who now needs a electrical cooker - the engineer turned up , then 1/4 of the way through the job - said he is now going to do a another job - seriously - and leave this job half finished -he went - i spoke to ryan , and said this is unacceptable , he hanged up - there no excuse or reason - the money was paid , they knew the situation - but still left - a 90 year old stressed out -this is why i give then 5 stars for there excellent customer service for the elderly and vunerable - this is a true review

To clarify, the cost of any materials used is separate from our labour charges, as the materials required vary from job to job and depend entirely on the specific work carried out for each customer. For this reason, materials are itemised separately so that customers are only charged for the items actually used on their installation.
We always aim to be transparent with our pricing, and we appreciate your feedback as it highlights where we can make this clearer during the booking process.

Did a good job, management sorted issues fairly quickly
The work has been done safely, and they did the tasks I requested, left the place a bit messy, but it's fine
Had some issues with initially being charged for extra time that was not used, but a call with a manager sorted it out
