Ho acquista un giacca seguendo la tabella delle taglie ( completamente sballata, priva d'informazioni o riferimenti precisi) finendo per prendere una taglia sbagliata. Mandata per il cambio taglia quasi immediatamente. Dopo 10 giorni non avendo ricevuto ancora nessuna risposta sullo stato del mio cambio, ho inviato delle mail che non hanno mai ricevuto alcuna risposta. Dopo quasi un mese arriva un pacco ( imballo fatto in maniera molto frettolosa con giacca spiegazzata). Al primo lavaggio prendo tutte le precauzioni,programma DELICATI, minima centrifuga, acqua fredda, con giacca e cappuccio inseriti in due SACCHETTI SALVA BIANCHERIA separati.
CONCLUSIONI: CAPPUCCIO COMPLETAMENTE SCUCITO CON TUTTA L'IMBOTTITURA SPARSA PER LA LAVATRICE.
