I placed an order with Wayfair and received the table on Monday. The delivery was smooth — the driver was professional, brought the item upstairs, and everything was fine.
However, the second part of my order (six chairs) was due on Tuesday. I received an email asking me to sign online, which I did, and then, within 10 minutes, I got a message saying the order had been delivered. That’s not possible.
I live in a large, secure building. The main door cannot be accessed without buzzing in, and no one buzzed me. The box is large — it’s not something that could be left unnoticed or taken easily. I went downstairs immediately after the notification, and there was nothing. No box. No driver. No sign of any delivery

I think this company is a scam . i've ordered 2x computers but never received it . They ask me to pay more for custom reason but even than that i never received my order . run away from them

I ordered from them through kickstarter, they sent me a defective unit (100ºC within minutes of being turned on), I sent it back with the label they gave me, never heard from them again. By mail only are giving me the runaround, no solution and I've been asking for months to do something.
