I was happy with the delivery time and …

I was happy with the delivery time and the ease of the website. My one gripe is that after I placed the order, I was called to confirm payment and the Customer Representative lied to me about requiring a 2nd phone call to further confirm the payment. I dislike being lied to.

Took over a week to process my order.

Placed order on Friday EST 3pm 1/5/2018, website says 1 business day to process order and 2-3 business day for delivery. Used Live chat twice on website to try to tracking number, and was told they would contact the warehouse and then email me the tracking number, took them 2 days to get that number to me on 8pm 1/11/2018. Was told the package was delayed due to manufacturer. Finally received it today on 1/12/2018 and found out that the package was shipped from the manufacturer on 1/11/2017 from New Jersey, 25 miles from my office. I was debating over ordering my product from PCNation vs Amazon, price was $20 lower on amazon with 2 days shipping but tax due benefited me from ordering from you you guys. I'm okay with waiting for 4-5 days but it took a week to process the order and 8 days for me to receive my order. I would have gotten the product I needed on Monday if I ordered from Amazon.

Why did my monitor die after only having it for 3 weeks?

My initial experience was wonderful. The website was easy to navigate, customer service was wonderful, but three weeks after delivery the monitor had died. For the price I paid, I think we deserve more than three weeks of usage.

Acer Notebook from PCNation

My Toshiba Notebook started making increasingly ominous noises 4 days before an important business trip.

I found a good deal for a 17” Acer Notebook w/Intel Core i3 processor, 8gb DDR4 sdram , 1 tb HDD, w/Windows 10 for $566.00 (including Ewaste fee and tax) at PCNation. I added 2-business day FedEx shipping for a grand total of $604.00.

Lidia Cortez of PCNation called me about an issue and we had good communication thereafter. I received a FedEx tracking number and the Acer Notebook arrived in two days. Everything was in order and I had a day to configure the Notebook.

I prefer buying electronics in person. However, PCNation made the entire transaction very smooth. I would definitely buy from this online vendor again.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Ordered printer and site said free shipping but when checking out shipping fees were added. After a phone call, customer service straightened everything out. Very happy. Would order from them again.

I bought a HP ScanJet Pro 3500 f1 under …

I bought a HP ScanJet Pro 3500 f1 under the impression that I could get a driver for my iMac OS 10.13. Unfortunately, that driver is not available, so it looks like I will have to return the scanner, even tho I like it and the price was good.
The driver that your support provided does not work.
If you can get HP to provide a driver I would be very grateful. I have been unsuccessful with them!

Still dealing with their vendor Ingram and Manufacture Blackbox to get this handled. First and foremost was told they stock the product we ordered, come to find out this transaction went through 3 companies / points of failure and we are still feeling the pain. Incompetence at its worst award goes to________________.
