Actual human customer service

I'm not rating the laptop I got from them. It was hot garbage. What blew my mind was that when I called their customer service, I only had to press a single button to speak to a real live human who was able to understand my situation and process a refund for me in minutes. Holy cow I don't remember the last time I actually had customer service over the phone that felt like actual customer service. Will shop there again.

Do not use this company

I ordered a gaming monitor for my son for Christmas. When it was plugged in, the screen was cracked. The item was returned and I received a message stating I returned a different item than was shipped to me. The serial numbers they sent were one digit off. So Either I happened to have another monitor at my home that was one digit off and I returned that one or someone at the Ups drop off happened to have a monitor with a one digit off serial number and somehow switched them…..I was then charged a restocking fee of $318.00 on a product that was supposedly a different product then what they shipped. Do not use this company!

Worst online experience !

I made a purchase on 07/10/2022, I paid and the order was cancelled, they don't answer through the central, they don't respond through online chat. Worst online experience!

False Features Listed on Product

Go on to purchase the POS Printer from Star Micronics. It was the SM-S230i Model, which explicitly list under the features of the purchase page that it has a Magnetic Stripe Reader included. I received it and it does not, so I get in touch with customer service and they tell me I ordered the wrong model. Ummm, no, you listed the wrong model and falsely advertised the features. The low Trust Pilot scores seem to be pretty consistent.

Package was delayed in shipping out

Package was delayed in shipping out. Once done so, it did not move from its origin area. Once it became clear it would arrive late and when I was already out of town for business, multiple communications with their support resulted in them conveying that 1, literally no-one would be able to divert the package to a fedex location for pickup and 2. they opened an investigation into what's going on with the package and to find it. After calling fedex, I found out no investigation was opened at all. When I found a phone number of the business to call, the support was rude in implying holding it at a location is something a scammer/fraudulent customer would attempt. Wonderful service, folks...

I just spent a week of my time and $160…

I just spent a week of my time and $160 to find out that the motherboard I purchase from these idiot is bad. Had trouble getting it to boot up so I took it to a shop and they told be the cpu pins were bent and charged me $100 to fix it. Took it home and started it up only to find it wasnt working so back to the shop. Got the message just now that the pcie slot that the graphics card was slotted in is bad. Just talked to PC Nation and they will return it but I am out the money. Thanks alot pc nation. P#icks

I should've known it was too good to be true when the price was $50 lower than elsewhere. I ordered expensive RAM but never received it. Multiple e-mails go unanswered. Now I'm stuck fighting with the credit card company to dispute the charge.

AVOID This company!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item from PC Nation. I called the next morning to cancel the order. I was told by the Customer Service guy that the order was cancelled and I would get a refund. Then, I get an email hours later saying they SHIPPED THE ITEM!! I called back and all I got was "Sorry about that. You just have to refuse the item when it arrives." So, I called FedEx to try to refuse the item. They said that PC Nation has a 'Do Not Re-Route' condition on their account! How SHADY! I will never order from them again. AVOID PC NATION!! I will try to dispute the charge with my bank so I can get the money refunded quicker. This is completely INSANE! They don't seem to care about treating their customers well!

​No Refund

After all the trouble,

Jason Ventura making the mistake of putting the wrong address, the Freight being lost.

And now pc Nation wont give me a refund, when they have the money.

They now have made another mistake of thinking they sent me a refund, when in fact it was sent back to them.

What is this some bureaucratic bullsh**t.

Just pay me what is mine.

I hope this reflects what kind of business this is!



I am only a consumer who payed 3 thousand for a printer, never received a printer, and now lost three thousand dollars.



Buyers beware, this only helps major corporations like Amazon to stomp over small business that obviously don't have any kind of satisfactory customer service.

Avoid

Ordered a Viewsonic monitor from amazon on dec. 11.
The delivery date kept changing until
my order disappeared from my list and UPS hasn't even recieved the parcel.
If anything changes ill update this. So far, this feels like a scam.
Avoid.

Update: they never mailed the monitor and amazon refunded the money. But it was a hassle and I had to work on my tiny laptop screen for 2 weeks (I'm a motion graphics and audio designer & this was very inconvenient.)
DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. THEM.

I am rejecting this response because:

You all are still refusing to refund my money.

Why would you change my address? All you have to do a ship it to the address I had on the order.

Now you have it lost saying you won’t approve anything.

I have no product or refund I hope customers understand the nightmare the situation is

I will gladly pay more money for a product so I don’t deal with this again.
