The items I’ve received in my mystery box were very bad quality. The necklace changed colour after only a few days of wear.

The huggie earrings had such a stiff clasp I was unable to take them out my ears!! I ended up having to cut them off causing sensitivity and soreness.

I messaged the company expressing my concern about this. I asked for a partial refund as the 3rd item. The seller refused to refund me unless I returned all 3 items which I simply do not have the time to send them back as I’m very busy with work, the reason behind this was because TikTok doesn’t allow to do partial refunds. How is this my fault? I told her I didn’t want another item and that I would like my money back. I had to go through obstacles to get a refund.

I found this seller to be rather rude over messages telling me to “be patient” all whilst I was being polite and asked a question nicely! I thought she was rather unpleasant and unprofessional.

*edit: I paid you for the 3rd item I never expected it for free, then you gave me a refund after actual hassle!
I give honest reviews. I don’t give bad ones unnecessarily.

I have so many pieces of gorgeous jewellery from Nina now, and absolutely love them all. The quality of the jewellery is excellent and great value for money. I can honestly say that Nina goes above and beyond to ensure that you get the item that is perfect for you, she certainly takes the time to personally advise and support. All her items are beautifully packaged and her customer care is outstanding.

I ordered a natural stone bracelet for my 18 year old granddaughter and it’s perfect I had no problems with delivery it came a few days after I ordered it and I will be ordering from Nina Kane again and I will also be recommending the m to my family and friends

The Rings I bought were supposed to be for a man and a woman but the mens ring is far too small and the adjustment is flimsy and pinches the skin. The are a really nice design, just not at all comfortable. My partner was happy with the ring meant for the female hand.

Gorgeous jewellery for everyday wear (mostly - there are some special occasion pieces too but I bought for daily wear personally). I got a scratch card with a discount on my next order too which I will certainly be using. Highly recommend this boutique business! Every little thing has been thought of. Exceptional service.
