Myint Myint Htay comes to my house fortnightly to clean it, meticulously, as if she’s cleaning for her own house. She always takes the initiative to find other chores to do when she’s done with the weekly routines, sometimes doing overtime because she wants to ensure she completes the task at hand thoroughly.

Thinzar is very punctual, polite n friendly.

The app is user-friendly, and customer service is helpful and efficient! Cleaning provider is also hardworking and with a good attitude.

Overall was a pleasant experience. Assigned helper was punctual and earnest though she needed gentle reminder to clean some neglected area in bathrooms. It’d have been better if assigned helper was able to be booked for a longer session to have a more thorough cleaning service. A decent job done for 3.5hr session.

Signed for a spring cleaning session with helpling sg, $400 plus for 4 hour session. 2 cleaners came to help clean our emptied our wardrobes and cabinets. They arrived on time and weree courteous. However, the cleaning work was quite shoddy on the exterior parts, mopping floors were done hastily, missing out major parts of the house like behind sofas, under coffee tables, dining table, under dressers and you can see marks on the floor with their footprints. I don't know if they change the water frequent enough or just smear the same dirty water over every surface they wipe. Moreover, it doesn't seem to worth the value for a $430 job over 3.5 hours for 2 people missing out parts also for wiping dining lights, display tops on our house. Would never go back to them again for this service.
