Do not buy anything from Anouk ever
Do not buy anything from Anouk or her companies, Earth Sole Footwear, and I believe the other one is called Ard footwear or something like that. She claims to make custom made/design shoes. But when you receive what you purchased from her in the mail, either the design will be incorrect or the fit will be incorrect. Then when you try to tell her she will gaslight you and make you pay for a new pair and shipping. And she won't be direct about it. You will have to email with her several times back-and-forth before you realize that she is gaslighting you into taking whatever it is that she decides to send you. If it's not a Anouk herself gaslighting you then it will be one of her workers doing it. Also, it's not clear who makes the shoes and who actually owns the company as at first the company was said to be based out of South Africa, but then Anouk moved around as a nomad living in a van, in Portugal and throughout Europe. I had to contact my credit card company to get a refund as she refused to refund me after sending me what she called "wearable shoes", and not what I purchased. She did the same thing to my mother. Anouk is a fraud, in her company, or the company she represents, Earth Sole Footwear, is a scam. Do not trust this woman or order anything from her websites.
