Good location lovely cafe and good choice of goods and plants

Went to Dobbies to get some paving stones. When I got to the till the lady said if you become a loyalty card member now you will save 20% on todays shopping. She was very informative and pleasant and I’m very happy to have signed up and saved a good deal of money. Also found other members of staff very helpful.

Very good service.We wanted to have a meal , but unfortunately our Dobbies does not have meals

Went on Friday you had some things I need then it started to rain no umbrellas were available so that was that not good

The restaurant kitchen was closed but no sign to state that this was the current situation so having stood in the line we had to go back to look at the cakes - which we had dismissed as we wanted a hot meal.

Very nice as usual. No saucers available for hot drink. Not usual. Being washed we were told.
Debit card accepted in main till but not restaurant - still.

The food is first class, but we miss the dinners that used to be available

Clean and well organised with a nice coffee shop that lets you have your dog undercover.

Very good selection of plants and staff are very helpful. The restaurant had a varied selection of meals and cakes and well worth a visit.

Excellent service - attention to cleanliness apparent.

Need to place houseplants in a lighter area there's often a lot of leggy ones reduced. The toilets although clean smell horrid regularly there must be a plumbing problem. On the plus side the staff are friendly.

We found it as good as always.
Perhaps it would be better if the menu was improved.

Popped in for a few plants. Thought we had time for a quick member's cup of tea, won't be doing that again!
The service was exceptionally slow and the young girl, although polite, needs basic training in holding a tray. I'm not sure she'd pass a hygiene test.

Some things I wanted are just not in stock or have been dropped completely. Also as it was my birthday I asked if the cashier knew if the birthday treat for Dobbies card holders had been dropped - she said she didn't know anything about it - so I just bought compost which was this time in stock so not a completely wasted journey

Visited Andover Hampshire Dobbies for coffee and cake. Very nice .
