I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased (2) orders from them. Both unfortunately did not fit the way I wanted them to so I returned them. Let me tell you, this company is an absolute pain to get your money back from. I reached out to their customer service so many times asking about my refund after waiting over a month. Oh you’ll get it on ___ day. Okay, great! Nothing on the day they told me I’d receive it. It wasn’t until after lots of hounding of customer service that I finally got my refund for (1) of the orders. Well, now, I am currently having to dispute the second order because they never gave me my money back for it. My credit card company reached out to me yesterday and said that Alala is disputing my dispute saying I never returned the merchandise. Uh… WHAT?! I have the tracking number CONFIRMING DELIVERY to their warehouse on June 16… JUNE! AND screen shots of my chat with the representative, Maria, who said I’d get my money back on the following Tuesday from the Friday that I called in asking about its whereabouts.

Robbing your customers is bad business. Lying is bad business. I do NOT recommend buying from this company because if you want to return something, good luck getting your money back. You’re going to have to fight tooth and nail to get it back. Take screen shots, save tracking numbers, etc.

Love the merchandise. They always ship extremely fast and package the items kindly. I had one issue one time and customer service replied within a day and had already just sent a replacement which is extremely generous. Big fan and will continue shopping here. Thanks for such a great experience!

This company has some quality and customer service issues. I have sent no less than FIVE emails about exchanging a jacket for a smaller size and they have completely ghosted me. I have been a very good customer, in spite of a number of their pieces have some quality issues (piling quickly, premature holes, bad sizing, etc.), so this is very frusterating.

I’m very impressed with both the quality and customer service at Alala. The clothing is absolutely top-notch—the fabrics feel luxurious and the fit is incredibly flattering. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their exceptional customer service. I reached out with an inquiry and received a response almost immediately. Not only were they quick to reply, but they did so with kindness, patience, and a clear commitment to ensuring I had the best experience possible. Thanks to their outstanding service, I will definitely remain a loyal customer.

The clothes are so soft, light and stylish! You can literally wear them anywhere.

Love everything I've purchased from Alala!! I always get so many compliments when I wear my seamless cami bra and shorts to my pilates classes - makes me feel like an influencer :)
