We are very sorry to hear you experienced delays and that this impacted your ability to book appointments. There have been some Fedex delays recently and I believe this happened with your order. I see your order was delivered on August 25th, so about 5-6 business days after your order, instead of the typical 3-4 with ground shipping. Please give us a call and we will provide you with a coupon for free 2-day air shipping on your next order.
