Unbelievable service and customer care from the boys that came to fix my toilet drain today, after having an on going issue of 2.5 years with many different companies trying Des and his partner had it fixed in the matter of hours. Very clean and professional from both men I couldn’t thank them enoug

Requested the chain (as we’ve had lots of experience with our blocked drains over the last year and knew this would be needed) for unblocking the drains and was told their policy is to use the hose first and see the job. We did this but a few days later we saw that the drains were still blocked.
Called to ask about the chain and getting them back out. Was told that they wouldn’t use the chain as before and would be charging us full price as if they had never been out.
Didn’t listen to our experience of the drains, we paid over €100 to still have blocked drains, no offer to reduce the cost or come with the chain etc. Basically took our money and didn’t unblock the drains.

A neighbour called these people out, seemed nice enough to deal with. My only issue was I was left with human shite all in my garden from them draining, multiple toys belong to my kids had to be thrown out, my garden left in a mess over something someone else had put into their toilet which caused a blockage though I was left to clean up the mess. Having to buy and use multiple bottles of bleach to clean and get rid of the awful smell that wasn't my mess to begin with. Absolutely fuming was an understatement

We had a blocked up sewage pipe running under our home leaving a terrible odour in our living room. Rang on Wednesday morning and an engineer was here within the hour. The service was very thorough, efficient, informative and professional. We have used other companies in the past and found unbeatable drain cleaning's rates to be the most competitive. Phoned the lads about 12.30 and were out within 1/2 hour and did the job in wewe time, (cuse d pun). Great 1 lads and thanks, can relax again and use whatever needs using ie washing machine, shower and loo. Bit early I know but Merry Xmas and have a good 1.

Rang friday afternoon, the guy was here at 8 am sat to do the job. I had an rotten smell coming and going on and off from my utility room and occasionally from my sink, that drove me mad. The lad came flushed all my drains and the problem was washed away within 45 minutes. Delighted to say problem gone, very professional and competitive rates, the only thing I suggest is if its not an emergency get the work done mon to fri, save a few bob, but am delighted with the service and even weekend rates, hopefully I wont need them too soon, but if I do, ill be calling these guys :)
