Apologies again for the delay in Call of Duty being delivered. Regardless of the delay we experienced on day of dispatch, 8 days for delivery is a lot longer than usual and something we're as unhappy about as you are.
We have enabled DPD as a delivery option for games now which is a more reliable service for those time sensitive orders.

Pre ordered call of duty in September it turned up 4 days late and now have to wait extra time for a returns label to be sent out

Apologies again for the delay but as explained in our email on the Friday when the game was meant to be delivered, and personally to yourself when you emailed in, the issue was out of our control being that there was a hold up at our end of the delivery network that affected all orders for that Thursday that Call of Duty was due to be shipped to everyone.
Your return label was generated prior to your review being left so if you haven't got that, please get in touch and we can re-send it. As soon as we receive your return, your refund will be processed.

Would leave zero stars - preordered x2 FIFA 22 & still not arrived. Blaming Royal Mail for delay 😡😡
Thank you for your reply however I think you’ll find that my contract is with yourself & not Royal Mail therefore it is not my responsibility to track where these orders are! They have not been received and therefore I would like a full refund for both orders as I find it hard to believe that 2 separate shipments; sent on different days both get delayed/lost; I have emailed the address below to advise of this!!!!!!!

Very sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived still. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can take your order details and pass them on to Royal Mail to ascertain the whereabouts of your order.
All FIFA 22 pre-orders were dispatched on Wednesday or Thursday last week, prior to Friday's release date. You will have received an email containing the shipment reference number which will need to pass on to Royal Mail. This number is proof of postage as it's only generated once a label is generated and then tracks when and item has been delivered and to where it has been delivered.
If it's deemed lost, then we will be more than happy to refund you or send replacement copies.
Royal Mail are typically extremely reliable but we do see about 0.6% of consigments have issues with either being delivered slowly or, unfortunately, not being delivered at all. This statistic applies to both Royal Mail and DPD, our chosen delivery service providers.
I appreciate you may have already been in contact with us, but please follow up as we don't know if something isn't delivered without being informed about it.
Please get in touch with us by sending an email to support@ultimategamingparadise.com. This will open a ticket in our ticketing system and we can take things from there.
