Take your money and never contact you again.
When we first contacted we was advised to pay for a phone consultation, which we was happy to do so. Tom was helpful on the phone and asked us to gather some information and send it to him. We hung up happy. But then that was it. No further contact. We emailed all the information over. Phoned. Nothing. Personally feel like they had our money and then wasn't interested. Personally would never recommend. We went through the worse year of our lives last year, only to be made worse by these. Avoid.

But had no Communication for weeks on end. They Had me make my own Case. and Do all the investigating myself.

I highly recommend you contact Tom if you have employment issues. I found him friendly, calm and professional. He resolved the matter for me and certainly achieved the best outcome. It was a relief to be guided by him to pass the communications and negotiating to someone who obviously is very good at this. Well worth it.

Amazing
Amazing, I wanted no win no fee but by my fault they couldn't take it as I was too far into proceedings but Jon rang me and spent 45 mins giving me amazing advice that I wouldn't of known and that has a massive chance of winning my case, I will use these again if I need them, I cannot thank them enough

Always contactable
Despite me suffering from anxiety, Johnathan and Tom both replied to every email or message I sent in good time. They were very reassuring and offered their advice during the epidemic.
I even received a call from Tom and and message from my solicitor Jonathan once the case was settled to check everything was ok.
