Efficient, friendly service and could not have done anymore to help. I would highly recommend this business based in Northallerton.

Have used Vasstech Northallerton for 10+ years for servicing my cars. Got good service with reasonable bills plus explanations as to why costs were incurred. Everything you would expect from a local company.
December ‘24 showed just how good they are! Got an icon showing gearbox fault on 20 December afternoon. They were painting the Worksop floor , so officially closed, but,” Bring car down, and we’ll do what we can”. Quick check reassured me no gearbox problem, but booked car in for full diagnostic check in New Year.
Result fault gone, nothing present except faulty rear brake light bulb. Bill for bulb replacement!

Quick to diagnose my issue and very quick to fix, had this experience as few times now and can easily say they’re the best garage around. Always got your best interests at heart.

I have taken my cars to Vasstech since they first opened and have always had excellent service from them. This time it was for an MOT for my Skoda Enyaq. Completed on time. I will be returning to them.

Vasstech came highly recommended when others, including a main VW dealership, were unable to correctly diagnose or fix a problem with the locked component protection system on my VW Polo. Not only did Vasstech at Northallerton quickly diagnose the problem, but also fixed it within around 90 minutes and at a very reasonable cost. I was delighted with the exceptionally good service from the extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff at Northallerton and would most definitely recommend Vasstech Northallerton without hesitation. My car’s air conditioning broke down on the way to Northallerton for a wedding. I called this company to see if they could take a look on the of chance. They were fantastic. They squeezed me in and did a check on the car and fixed the air conditioning at a reasonable cost. They were very kind, caring and professional. Would not hesitate in using again if I found my self in the North.

Pesky warning light on our 7 year old Tiguan turned out to be the abs sensor which they suspected on initial inspection.
Part ordered and fitted...resolved.
First time with Vasstech and will definitely use in the future...friendly team and reasonably priced.

What a fantastic team!
My Tiguan needed an MOT and door lock fixing; from initial booking to repair work, everything was explained clearly and in a way you can understand.

Vasstech did a fantastic job for me. Clutch on my Leon failed just as I was about to drive to North Wales to pick up my sister. AA got me to Vasstech late morning. The flywheel, clutch and slave cylinder needed to be replaced, which required a certain amount of engine disassembly. The guys worked hard on it and had ready for me by 4:00 pm so I could set of for North Wales.
I cannot praise Vasstech enough for their assistance in my time of need.

I called up initially to ask a few questions and got straight forward answers. They gave me good advice based off of previous experiences which really eased my nerves since this is the first time I have been to this garage.

When I asked about prices, they gave me clear answers with sneaky hidden fees. Good communication about when they can get the car booked in.
