Thanks, finally i found something useful to report petcare legally and its fraud site. I can trust pilot reviews as well in my filing report on cybercrime complaint. I encourage victims to do the same.

I placed an order of INR8550 on thepetcare.in on 2-Dec-22 and since then I have been waiting for delivery of my order. I raised a complaint with my bank after reading the reviews. They have now canceled my order stating that they have received a dispute order for the payment made from my bank and stating that they are no more concerned about the refund and i should check with the bank for this.
They are absolutely a fraud bunch of people who are looting people of their hard-earned money. Please save yourself and spread the word.

No update given about order placed or order estimated delivery date.
After repeated WhatsApp messages and repeated emails no reply given
They did RTO (return to origin) of my order without informing me.
They blocked my number so i can't contact them. They are not replying to my refund mails.
THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME MY AMOUNT BACK.

I will be going a police complaint as well as consumer court complaint against the company of my refund is not issued.

Completely ridiculous and third class service. I ordered dog food 1 month ago....neither I received my order nor refund. They are so pathetic and rude not even reply mails not picking up calls. I suggest everyone never ever to order anything from there. Useless site.

This is 100% Scam site.... few days back my gym instructor was scammed on a patanjali website and he lost 40k.... Now when i was ordering on this site because there prices are cheaper then others and un top of that more discount is given... I smelt something fishy and at the time of check out was looking for COD.... but these scamsters has not provided that option... if i would have ordered then would have been posting like my other friends here.

Placed an order for Purina adult 20kg on 23rd Nov. The next day tried to chk if the order was created on the site by clicking the tracking orders option. Encountered error 404 on the page. Then tried calling the WhatsApp no:, which didn't connect n no response to message on that no:. This promoted me to check the reviews n to by surprise there were mostly negative reviews for the retailer. Obviously was worried n called my card co: to cancel the order but they said, they can dispute the trasaction only if the retailer did not deliver goods by the promised date. So tried to log complaints on few sites re the retailer. Mailed the retailer on the published mailed id. I overlooked that the retailer had sent me a mail stating that the product will be delived in the next 4-5 days. Later the retailer responded to my mail query and assured that I product will be delivered by date promised ie 29th Nov. Cut to date, I have received my product. The retailer explained to me that due to a tempory technical error I was not able to access the tracking page. The only reason I am giving 4 stars n not 5 is for them to ensure that they maintain all links on their site at all times n provide promt response on WhatsApp(this also could have been a rare technical issue or delay in message could be a result of manpower management). I did share my entire experience n actions taken to him so that he can have appropriate controls in a place to ensure customer confidence. Thanks petcare for delivering my order on time and at a price lowest amongst all online retailers.

Fraud company. Ordered from website. The website and mail became invalid in a day. They are just a bunch of cheats. Had ordered medicinal food not available locally. They should be put behind bars.

I ordered 20 kg Pedigree worth 3k for my dog but after waiting for a week i asked them for tracking id but no reply from their end neither on email or on whatsapp.Nothing works such a fraudster this company is. I even complaint in consumer court and waiting for their reply and if required i'll take legal action too since my dad is lawyer.

Whoever lost their money,and couldnt contact the petcare dealers ,do one thing,add as much as products with high amount in ur cart snd leave the site,they will call u..

Fraud alert. Not sent dog food, nor are they refunding. Not following fair practice guidelines. Not following Indian IT Act 2020 Ecommerce rules section 4-10. Have reported to cybercrime police, suggest you do so too.

Very nice shop if you want to buy for your pets….
They are satisfying, good approach, decent behaviour, good quality of products (even you go for online).

Have some patience and plz don’t judge this shop without clarifying terms and conditions… this a good website and nice shop 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I made online purchase from their website on 3rd November 2022 and the promised delivery date was within 4 days. Even though i entered my phone number and E-Mail ID i didn't receive any confirmation. I waited for them to deliver and it got delayed. I even forgot from which website i purchased, then i traced my credit card transactions to identify the purchased website. I didn't have any order ID with me then i contacted them with their whatsapp for which they responded and identified my order details with my name. They apologised for the delay and promised delivery soon. In the mean time i checked here and complaints board with product not received and issues not yet solved for months, so i sent them the link of those complaints and mentioned the petcare executive that i am worried. But he assured it to be shipped immediately. Based on the online complaints i called the credit card company and raised a dispute that the vendor has not supplied the product i paid for. In the mean time i got a photo of the product being couriered and the AWB was correct, today on 21/11/2022 i received the product and had a doubt about the expiry date but it was 23/12/2023. Royal canin mini Adult 8 kgs i got it for my chihuahua. So i cancelled my dispute with the credit card company just now. I even called couple of people to enquire whether their issue was solved but their answer was negative. So i think i am lucky, the way things where sorted out for me was very good, hope other gets their shipment or get refund soon

This is a fruad company..they are not delivering product which paid for nor they are issuing refund..mr biswaprakash is the main scammer then victor mondol and bhanu singh his accomplice in the scam..cheaters lowlife dwellers ..never buy

Fraud Company pls do not fall for it! Everything about this company is fraud, their customer care number is invalid, their FB page & even the replies on mails! Once you realise you fell in their trap n try to warn them they start showing their real face with threats n abusive language. But I learnt one lesson always do your research at least about the reviews when buying from a new brand. Wish I had visited this page before I spent that 3K!

Nonetheless lesson learnt! Is there anyway we can report to Google?

I paid them on 23.08.2022 and since then they have been telling me next week the order will reach 100%. But they are frauds and lying is their nature.
Now they tell me to remove the reviews I have written about them only then they will deliver. ANOTHER LIE.

This is the worst website. You will loose your money. They do Not deliver your order even though it is prepaid. The helpline numbers given on the website do not exist. Its a Fraud Company. They send you tracking links that don't show anything. If you finally get a hold of them on watsapp, the customer service is rude and unhelpful. They tell you, you will receive your order tomorrow and they say that everyday. Until they stop replying 4 days later by saying it's yout problem, take it up with the shipping company. They promise 2-4 working days delivery and its been over 10 days for me now. My money is gone, I haven't gotten the dog food i ordered, and it was a medical food, a doctor prescribed and it was so expensive, now that money is gone. WORST EXPERIENCE! FRAUD ! DONT BUY FROM THE PET CARE PLEASE!

The firm asking me to remove from trust pilot review then only they will deliver the product.

They’re a fraud! Ordered 6kg Royal canin 3 months back. No product received nor refund and they were rude, also blackmailing me to remove the review I put on an Instagram story. Blocked me from everywhere. Don’t order from here, you’ll lose all your money.

This is a fraudelent website, I ordered an item in this website and later came to know about these cheaters. No response for any of the queries made to customer care.

I was able to get my money back by raising a query in the payment gateway’s website which processed the online payment. Go to the customer support section and raise a dispute of that specific payment gateway.

At least you can make the payment gateway know that they are helping a fraudulent website to scam and make them stop their support.
