Great price for the product which I have had an eye on for a while.
Ordered Monday and delivered Tuesday, less than 24 hrs.
You can't better that.

Straightforward process

Simply ordered on line the bag that I wanted. It arrived a couple of days later with Royal Mail as notified. Have had no reason to contact seller as process has been very straightforward.
Bag is exactly what I wanted.

Excellent quality

Backpack arrived, well on timescales, was securely packaged and was as described. The Backpack is excellent quality, very solid construction and I'm looking forward to using it for many years to come. Good communication throughout. Thanks, would recommend.

I purchased a dekine rucksack for…

I purchased a dekine rucksack for school. The system to buy was simple, the product arrived quickly via Royal Mail and was exactly as per the description and perfect.
I’ve not needed to communicate with the backpacker so can’t comment on that but the speed in which my bag arrived was super,

Amazing service

Amazing service, fast delivery and instant customer service reply on a bank holiday. I ordered too many bags in error and I emailed, got an instant response and my order cancelled. Ordered the correct bags, they came promptly, well packaged and great hype bags for less than the full retail price. Can’t fault this company.
