Smooth and Efficient Experience with AA

My car would not go into gear when I started it at lunch time. I telephoned the AA. They gave me a time of one hour to one hour and a half hours for their arrival. The AA staff member arrived within this time frame, examined the car and decided it needed to go to the garage. He put the car tow in place very efficiently and delivered my car to the garage that afternoon. The car had required a new part and it was ready for collection the following morning. Nobody likes to break down. However, the AA employee I dealt with was extremely helpful, efficient, informative and customer focussed. That makes a big difference.

Adam from AA customer team provided exceptional customer service 13.05.26 while helping me secure a great quote. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He clearly explained the benefits available and guided me toward the options that suited my needs best. I truly appreciate his support and the high standard of service he delivered. Car broke down in the middle of Connemara - Maybe 20 mins from the nearest village

Brilliant response

I got an immediate response to my phone call for break down assistance. Service was provided clearly, fast and I was kept informed about progress via WhatsApp.
AA mechanic couldn't have been more helpful. He was friendly, efficient and fixed my car's problem instantly. He gave me good advice. I was delighted. So staff, service and customer service was top notch.
