Got a tyre puncture today and rang up the AA, the woman on the phone was extremely helpful and sent someone out to check it. He couldn’t fix it but got someone else to come out to get me a new tyre. Really great customer service and the staff are really helpful.

Boo-hiss AA Ireland. Trying to reach you was a Sisyphean nightmare. A hellish cycle of data input, password conflicts, and dead ends. I wanted to give you more money to insure more drivers, but you failed my aging mother and me! I don’t blame the customer service reps, I blame the management who celebrate the coin over the customer.

Cancelled my policy because they forgot to set up direct debit
failed to to update my account to show I had paid a bad debt
takes forever to get through to their customer service team
staff are rude and cut you off.

I had AA membership for years but the…
I had AA membership for years but the renewal prices for last two years were ridiculous. Especially 2026. I rang and was offered discount but it was still ridiculous. The person on the phone started saying I had three call outs in one year
But on their website it says can have up to six without any effect. Also was being charged home start even if should have been covered in my membership.
I cancelled my subscription even with 200 euro discount was almost 500 euro.
I will not be joining again. I was with them for over 15 years. Advantage taken of auto renew .
I emailed to complain but they did not answer any questions just said I had cancelled my subscription

Roadside assistance within 30 mins, driver very nice and polite, issue was resolved roadaide but my vehicle was transported to my mechanic the next day.
