I have been charged for a service that…
I have been charged for a service that AA Ireland did not send me details of. I logged on this morning to call about it and was left on hold for over 34 minutes. I then went into the chat bot for the same help and was left unseen for over 60 minutes. It should not be this difficult to cancel a service and get a refund. I have received an e mail asking me if I want to cancel the service but I have no idea if that has been completed despite responding immediately. Dreadful customer service!!!

Our new (second-hand) EV would not start
Our new (second-hand) EV would not start or take any commands. The AA patrol man got to us in 55 minutes (though we were told it could be 90 minutes) and had everything sorted and the car fixed and started in under 10 minutes. Outstanding good service from someone with great expertise!

The service is very good and the guys are always helpful. The only thing they could improve is the timing and waiting times. It’s never close to be accurate, it could be improved the communication but overall, the service is very good.
