From start to finish took around two weeks to get my mortgage offer even with a bit of adverse credit

I had a great experience with SRC Financial. They were so quick to respond to any queries and very helpful. My adviser was Jack who made the process easy to understand (I am a first time buyer) and I definitely felt I was getting the best offer possible for my circumstances. Any questions I had were answered clearly. I also got an mortgage offer in 3 working days after my appointment! Now I know that is very dependant on the lender and not everyone would get that but I do think it is also a testament to SRC's efficiency. Highly recommend. Update 16/3/24 - after now completing on my home purchase SRC supported me throughout the whole process, even contacting me to secure a better mortgage rate which has saved me a huge amount over the fixed term! Also want to add I highly recommend Yvette for Income Protection insurance, she was great, very helpful in talking me though everything and got me a fantastic deal with some great benefits.

Jack spoke to us very clearly and explained our options.
We are very happy with his advice and guidance.

SRC FINANCIAL SERVICES is the worst experience I have had. Stay very far away from this company. It is friendly advice. People are either incompetent or malicious or, more likely, both.

For my flat purchase, many things went wrong and in this context I can definitely say SRC (Jack Avery) is absolutely who you want as a broker. Jack was incredibly helpful through a difficult year (August 2022 to July 2023) and stuck with / support my decision making throughout this period. What can we say about Jack Avery? He just became a friend of us during the process. Never seen a person more committed with helping us getting through all the stages of the complex and lengthy process. We were unlucky because we had to change house due the legal issues with out first choice and Jack was the only one that was always there with us, supporting us and making sure we would get our house and in the end we did!
