I filed my taxes on the 23rd

I filed my taxes on the 23rd, it's been over two weeks and no update on my CRA account. The past couple of years I get them around 5 business days after filing. Ive tried calling the location on the phone and no one picks up. The customer service is trash and I will not be using Softron in the future and will warn others to avoid them too.

Amita is the one!

Amita is excellent. She is always fast and knows exactly what she’s doing. I recommend her to anyone looking to do their taxes.

Nishtha at 3003 Danforth location…

Today Nishtha at 3003 Danforth location helped me a lot. She is really sweet. Did my taxes very quickly and easily. Got me good refund back. Thank you. Keep up the good work dear❤️
