Still Waiting After Seven Months—No Item, No Refund

I placed an order with Senior.com in late December 2024 and still, nearly seven months later, have not received the product I paid for. A few days after ordering, I was notified that the item had been delivered—except it hadn’t. I was home the entire day, and nothing ever arrived.

I contacted Senior.com, and they reached out to FedEx, who insisted the package had been delivered. Senior.com said they’d file a claim and let me know when it was resolved. I heard nothing for over a month. When I followed up in late February, I was told the initial claim had been denied but that it was being escalated and I’d have an update in 1–3 days. Again—radio silence for over a month.

In early April, I followed up again and requested a refund or replacement, as it had now been five months. I was told customer service couldn’t authorize that and that they would pass my request along to management. I was also told the FedEx claim was still open. Another month passed with no contact.

By mid-May, I reached out to FedEx myself. Their automated system confirmed the second claim had been denied, and when I finally got a representative on the phone, I was told they couldn’t share details with me because the shipper—Senior.com—had filed the claim.

I contacted Senior.com yet again and was told, once more, that customer service couldn’t help me and that they’d escalate to management. Now, it’s mid-June. Still no product. Still no refund. Still no communication.

While the initial issue may have stemmed from FedEx, I didn’t purchase this item from FedEx—I purchased it from Senior.com. And despite months of follow-ups, I have received neither the item I ordered nor any resolution. The complete lack of accountability or customer support is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against ordering from this company.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. The emails they send are wrong ("Your item has been shipped" when it hasn't. I got an email saying my order was incomplete, with a link to my cart which led nowhere. Called customer service. Went 'round and 'round with an incompetent idiot. Told him to cancel the order. He said he had. Except he hadn't, because now they tell me it's been shipped. But no comfirming email. This is the most unbelievable experience I've had with an online vendor since the Web came up 30+ years ago. Do NOT purchase anything from these idiots. You will regret it.

Has not gotten delivered

Shipping label was created right away but never left senior.com. Someone is checking it out for me but still no action. UPDATE: The first time I contacted senior.com someone responded right away and sounded would be helpful. But I have followed up 2 more times and no one is responding. Tracking still shows label created but never left the company. Order placed 5/24 and it is now 6/4.

Ordered Easy Dentures from here for…

Ordered Easy Dentures from here for $600.00 CAD got the shipment and there was only 2 small wax pieces apparently they forgot to put the dentures in the box 2 weeks later and a month since we ordered finally got the dentures. My dentures set and I couldn't remove them and had to go to emergency and have them cracked and pulled out costing me $300.00 and my partners wouldn't set and stayed soft even after following all the instructions exactly. Contacted Senior.com and explained what happened and they basically did nothing and still haven't even though I called within the return time frame and the issues are within their return policy. Have contacted Easy Dentures and no response back which is odd because they were quick to respond when Senior.com sent us pieces of wax instead of dentures. Essentially we would like a refund but might be willing to take a replacement so that we didn't waste $600.00 plus $300.00 emergency cost.

Not good

I have used this pillow for less then 2 weeks and it is already beginning to flatten. I specifically searched for firm, and trusted this company was the answer. Not the case.

I have not received all of my order

I have not received all of my order. I have received several boxes but still missing items. Why is not possible to send one box with the entire order instead of multiple incomplete orders. I could have ordered from Amazon to get a package every day.

Husband walkers. The product(s) ordered were bariatric …

The product(s) ordered were bariatric extra wide walker. Recieved quickly (3 business days). I recieved one of what i ordered and then another one with wheels. Both are great!! My husband loves them. Height is adjustable and easily folds for travel.

You do not stand behind what you sell. If you buy it you are stuck with it.

I ordered what you had on your site to fit a V-8 motorized scooter. It does not fit. I was advised that it should fit (but it doesn't) and I sent pictures of the one in the video you sent me along with the picture of the one you say should fit and they are not the same.

Don't trust SENIOR.Com

Try to find your item at another shop, on-line or off. Confirmed with a 1-2 weekd delivery on 13 March 2025, and it was clear that the item wasn't shipped until 3 April when I began hounding them for answers. I had made several other attempts at e-mails and phone calls. I had been told that my concern had been 'endorsed', which I supposed meant escalated. And still nothing for 21 days.

I had been told on those previous times that my item was in transit. Even on 3 April, the same response. There was definitely a tracking number but no-one could tell me where the heck the shipment was!

Of course this deals with needs, not wants. My mother currently 'spills' when she gets up to micturate. Her strength is always depleted by having to either get out of or re-enter her current hospital bed. I need her to have the best end-of-life care that I can proved. I am not rich and had to get a loan for this bed. And maybe I'm being rather harsh on Senior.com because I see this as my failure, too. I did not pick the best company from which to purchase the UpBed.

Learn from my mistake. Choose a different company than Senior.com.

UPDATE 22 APRIL 2025
Still unresolved. Communication with Alex of Senior.com is spotty.

But problem may actually be from the Source, the UpBed makers themselves. Not sure. But now must start making payments on the loan for the bed that I never received!!!
