Achat depuis la France, c'était un plaisir de prendre ma bague de fiançailles là-bas, rapport qualité/pris très correct, communication présente, reçu dans les 15 jours, c'est assez rapide. En cadeau surprise 2 boucles d'oreilles offertes en plus, toujours apprécié ! Je ne suis pas expert en bijoux, mais la qualité a l'air présente. La difficulté est lors de l'achat en ligne, toujours très différent par rapport à la réalité surtout au niveau taille, on ne se rend pas bien compte des dimensions.

I ordered the “1.75 CT Simple Black Diamond Solitaire Ring with White Diamond Side Stones” ring and I’m pretty disappointed in the size of the center stone. It’s not like the images whatsoever.. so much smaller, and when I have tried to contact customer support I am unable to reach anyone.

Engagement Ring, Excellent
After looking for a particular style or Engagement Ring, I eventually found what I was looking for on Rosec website.
Their website was very easy to use and the communication after purchasing the ring was excellent.
They kept me well informed throughout the process and even messaged me straight after the ring was delivered.
The Ring is brilliant, my Girlfriend loves it and is she is over the moon with the quality, to make things even better We received a free pair of diamond stud earrings.
I cannot recommend Rosec Jewels enough, from start to finish I have been impressed and would definitely use them again.

Very nice customer service
Very nice customer service. I asked if they could use a different gemstone in a cartilage earring listed on their website. Not only only did they promptly reply, but they also provided a mockup of what the custom piece would look like. After placing the order, I received my custom piece within a week. The earring is very beautiful and I gasped when I took it out of the package. Also the flat backing is much more sturdy and better made then that of more well known body jewelry companies.
