The suspenders were as advertised, arrived in a timely fashion, and I’ve worn them several times since receiving them.

The product was "tracked" with made-up details. When they said it had been left at my mailbox on a certain date I knew it was bogus as I had received the mail in person from the mailman. Upon filing a complaint, they changed their story to one where the package had been mysteriously returned. A few weeks later I got a postage due note from my mail carrier and it was a cheap knockoff of what I ordered. I was informed that I could return the item at my expense (to CHINA) in order to receive credit for the postage. I do NOT recommend this company.

I made order from them they say it was delivered but I never got it I have been in contact with them for over a month to try and get this resolved but all they tell me is it was delivered and it's not there problem anymore and are not willing to do anything to help

I bought a flashlight. It was shipped without the 3 pack of Lithium batteries. They refused to ship the batteries. They offered a $3 refund. The product is useless without the battery pack which is not available

I ordered 2 Lazer pointers for 74.00 and received 2 temu flashlights and can't find a battery pack to make them work and it's incredibly irritating and I wanted to ask everyone else is there a law suit on these people because this is ridiculous

Sent me a $5 flashlight with NO BATTERY. A battery store said they dont even make a battery to power this flashlight that was sent to me, so the flashlight is no good. Originally ordered a Lazer light and was charged $50. They wont refund me or even send what I ordered. Offered me $5 compensation(slap in the face)

They say not our problem.

When I contacted customer service, they offered for compensation saying sorry for the inconvience.

• Final answer: $16“That’s the best we can do.” after talking to there superiors.

So let me get this straight:
• You misrepresent the product
• You charge nearly double the advertised price without approval
• You ship junk
• And then you insult the customer with pocket-change “refunds”?

That’s not customer service — that’s deliberate deception. Its not my fault they sent a garbage A$$ flashlight and this is the best we can do. Scam 100%. BUYER BEWARE!

They advertised a laser for $27. “🔥🎁New Design 120W 900-1100NM Powerful IR Laser Light” Reasonable enough. I placed the order expecting to be charged what was advertised.

Instead, without my approval, they tacked on shipping and “tariffs,” bringing the total to $58. No clear disclosure. No confirmation. Just billed.

What arrived?
Not a laser.
I received is a cheap flashlight designated L2275796-P50-1200mah- something you’d expect to find in a dollar bin — flimsy, lightweight, and absolutely not what was advertised.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to refund the product cost, even though the item clearly did not match the listing. Their solution?
• First offer: $3
• Second offer: $6
• Final answer: “That’s the best we can do.”

So let me get this straight:

Ordered from here. What arrived was a very small flash light not anywhere near what I ordered. For$58 after shipping I got scammed please don't try this site out. Meta should be ashamed for backing such criminal behavior!

I ordered a laser for 53 dollars shipped on Facebook. They sent me a few dollar cheap flashlight. Something you'd hand out to kids on Halloween. Had a fake return address. Was damaged and not even close to advertised product besides the shape. They asked if Id take a 3 dollar credit. Then a 6 dollar credit. Said was too expensive to return. I said well I did t order what you sent but they said I had to pay for it. Clearly a scam where they make money on a few transactions by a sucker....like me. Super shady! Avoid at all cost as they're desperate for bucks.

I was sold a supposed 120 watt burning laser light for $30 that turned out to be a cheap plastic flashlight I wouldn't have paid $5 for.

Garbage ordered a laser lite and received a regular flashlight. My order says a 120w 900-1200NM laser not a cheaply made standard flashlight. Now they wont refund or send me what i ordered. 100% trash site to order from FRAUD/SCAM!!!
