Second time trading in a bag and experience was great. Got good price for my item and fair price for new one.

Bag was exactly as described. My only complaint was that I was automatically enrolled in the membership which I didn’t know about and didn’t want to participate in but once I reached out, the membership amount was immediately refunded.

I received excellent customer service from Latoya who promptly responded to my email inquiry about the status of my order. She confirmed that my item had shipped and provided the name of the carrier and my tracking number. She was courteous, professional and most helpful.
This is my first time interacting with Rebag customer service and ordering from Rebag.

Shaun & agaziy are awesome made my experience at the Rebag Las Vegas store feel like we’re family so friendly & down to earth people who are willing to help their customers go above & beyond their expectations my husband & i really enjoyed our night Shaun has definitely gone out of his way to make sure i received updates on my purchases & checked to see if i received everything i will be visiting Rebag Las Vegas store every time i go home for a visit

I am in Rebag membership and love saving for future buys, as well as, extra discounts at Rebag.

I purchased an item worth about $700 from Rebag and paid extra for shipping protection. The package was marked “delivered,” but my security camera footage shows no delivery was made. I contacted customer service multiple times and was told they could not refund or help simply because the tracking says delivered. I’m disappointed that shipping protection seemed meaningless in this situation and that my evidence was dismissed. Buyers should be cautious and make sure they understand how delivery disputes are handled before purchasing.

Gabriel from the Arcadia store was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He also went the extra mile to find a matching dust bag for my purse. Little things like that go a long way.

Payout time is horrible. Customer service is bad. Definitely not recommended.
