Goodbye Rebag!

I initiated a trade when I purchased the bag with the intent to reduce the amount charged to my credit card but instead you applied the full cost and the 'trade' credit would only be applied to another purchase instead of this one.

Also, I received a message the order was cancelled but none of your staff have replied to my inquiry asking what is going on.

More than expected…

I was not expecting the quality of what I received. The photos on the site did not do justice to the exact item. Way more than what I prepared myself to receive. And very good customer service.

Didn’t deliver full product. I will Need to take legal measures.

I purchased An Ellipse it was to come with a lock and key and a shoulder strap. I’m having it analyzed to confirm the bag itself. It may be a copy.

Handbag

I didn’t like how once they quote you a price once you send the item in for a trade they drop the price and tell you the condition of the item is worse !So I did a trade for my item and the want me to pay more money.Then they signed me up for a 50.00 membership that I didn’t request!Waiting on a refund.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. They quote one price online, then lowball you after you’ve already sent in your items. When I declined their revised offer and requested my bags back — a Gucci, a Saint Laurent, and a Stella McCartney — the communication was virtually nonexistent.
Despite multiple emails requesting tracking information for my return shipment, I never received a response. As a result, my package was lost in transit with FedEx, and I have yet to recover my Gucci and YSL bags.
Handling high-value luxury items with this level of negligence and poor communication is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Great experience using Rebag!!

I've purchased 4 items from Rebag and sold one item to Rebag and had a great experience every time. Rebag is easy to use and offers a large variety of items to select from. Every item I've received was in great condition. Will continue to use this site!!

not what was advertised

I thought this was quick boy was I wrong. I uploaded the bag and description and printed the labeled and even with Fed Ex it took a week and now I am being told it may take up to 30 days.

I’m still waiting to get paid for the…

I’m still waiting to get paid for the items I sent in nearly 3 weeks ago. Also, I was charged $50 for a membership and the charge was never authorized by me. I give them credit for refunding me, but the money never should have been taken to begin with. ebay is quicker for cash, so I will probably just go back to that again. It’s less convenient, but in these hard economic times reliable cash is king.
