I was having trouble receiving my Rebag…

I was having trouble receiving my Rebag purchase. I paid Fedex for a specific delivery window, but they did not deliver, with no update on the delivery. I worked with Latoya in customer service and she managed to get them to deliver my purchase two weeks from the original date. I am very appreciative of Latoya's assistance. I love my bag. It was in excellent condition as described. I am not happy with Fedex. I would encourage Rebag to stop using Fedex for delivery.

I have bought several bags through your…

I have bought several bags through your website and numerous from FASHIONPHILE and The Real Real. I wanted to let you know of my impressions. I think that your service and pricing has been good. However, the presentation of the products gives the shopper the feeling like you’re a second tier resaler. If you go onto the other sites listed, they always have descriptions of the items (Hermes in particular) that include the names of the colors. On your website, frequently the colors will be just generalized. For instance, seeing a blue Hermes bag being called blue in the description feels like you aren’t even trying. I doubt Hermes has ever had a color named Bleu (Blue). Bleu Obscur, Bleu Orage, Bleu Zanzibar, etc. those are a few of the blues that I have bags in. Especially when you are selling such high end merchandise, I think being precise in the actual colors the item is conveys attention to detail. I would say the same about Hermes leathers. There’s a huge difference between Barenia, Box, Togo, Clemence, Chèvre etc. on your site, any and all of those would be called leather. It comes across like you either don’t know your inventory or that you just don’t care to put in the minimal extra effort to get the precise description. If I were to see two identical bags, one on your site and one on another, that were similar prices, I would probably go with the seller that looks like they know what they actually have.

Do NOT let them sell your purse

Do NOT let them sell your purse. I gave them a mint never used Chanel purse with dust bag, card, paperwork, and box all original. They told me it will sell for $3450.00, now they tell me it sold for $2600. I would have never sold it for that low. Do NOT give them anything! I learned my lesson the hard way.

I purchased a pair of Bottega sneakers…

I purchased a pair of Bottega sneakers listed as size a men's US 8. Upon receiving the sneakers, they sent an EU 39.5 which is the incorrect size. I immediately opened up an inquiry and submitted photo documentation. A week later, they are still giving me a hassle for a refund. Dishonest customer service, stay away HORRIBLE.

Happy as can be!

The pictures were great and represented the bag well. It was easy to make the purchase and was shipped in great packaging. The condition was just as it was described as well! This was my 3rd purchase and I am as happy as can be!

I must say that the customer service…

I must say that the customer service that I have received from Rebag has been exceptional! I truly appreciate the help that I have received from Latoya specifically. She took the time out to help me with an issue that I had and it was resolved immediately. Such a great help! Definitely ask for her if you call or email Rebag, your issue will be taken care of.

I sent them a never used Louis Vuitton…

I sent them a never used Louis Vuitton handbag. A month later, I had no confirmation of receipt. I followed up, only to wait another week for a response. They said it had been received and would be listed soon. I had confirmed before I sent it that it wouldn’t be listed without agreeing on the price. It’s been a month since then and nothing. I can’t get them to return it.

My cousin put me onto REBAG and I love…

My cousin put me onto REBAG and I love that she did! A while ago I bought a wonderful purse from here. It is gorgeous! However, you do sign up for that $50 membership fee when you do, and I guess my brain didn't recognize that it was reoccurring. I reached out via chat and Danilo M. helped me right through it to cancel the membership (I still have my account) and he processed the refund of that money immediately back to my account. He was so nice and it was easy peasy!

Latoya responded exceptionally quickly when I needed to cancel my order and answered my questions professionally and kindly (and with speed that isn’t normally seen nowadays!)
Thank you for easing my concerns about the cancellation process in regards to a larger order amount!
