Don’t Use Rebag
I’ve only done this one time. My interaction with them isn’t over. In the future, I will not use Rebag. I wouldn’t recommend. I was informed about this company through someone I worked with to sell a Balenciaga bag. The bag is in amazing condition. Their policy says that you’ll be paid within 30 days of your items being reviewed and approved. Their language is intentionally vague. I confirmed with Rebag that my item has been reviewed and approved for payout however I won’t be paid until the 30 business day mark. I asked for escalation because I only have one item. They said they would and call me back. They never did. I followed up and they told me they don’t escalate for this type of request. So, you all need to train your people better and update your website to say that you will not be paid until the 30 business day mark has occurred. Full transparency would be better than vague language and angry customer.

Item came in at the right time! Latoya was amazing in assisting my order. I ordered the YSL nolita medium. Website said that it was in GOOD condition BUT it was not the case! For me, it was LIKE NEW! No smell. Very MINOR stains. Fixed it using warm water with dish soap. Cleaned the bag using APPLE BRAND LEATHER CLEANER and CONDITIONER. Sprayed it with APPLE BRAND Leather and Fabric Protector. I LOVE DOING TRANSACTIONS WITH REBAG. This is my 2nd order from them. Both products were AT LEAST VERY GOOD to LIKE NEW conditions. REBAG is THE BEST! PRODUCTS ARE 100% AUTHENTIC! I’m a first time customer of Rebag
I’m a first time customer of Rebag. I tried the trade in option and will never do another transaction or recommend this reselling company to anyone. I started on April 20 to get my bags quoted for a trade in for a specific size and color of a bag that is no longer in production. It’s been a nightmare finalizing my order. It’s been canceled multiple times and getting my credit back has been a painful experience. I’ve been patient but this has been a frustrating and disappointing process.

They are absolutely horrible and deceptive. The first time they quoted me for my purses and I accepted I had to wait forever to get a response regarding payment and then they offered me a lot less AFTER they received it, it’s infuriating. I know my bag was better than I described. I sent in tons of pictures when I submitted. They’re just liars. I had them return everything to me. I decided to give them another chance, a year later. I sent in tons of photos from every angle of my Cartier Love bracelet
With the original box, authenticity certificate and everything that it came with. I accepted the offer They made and sent it to them. They held my bracelet for weeks and finally emailed me that it’s been “rejected.” I tried to find the reason why since it was described exactly as it was and the bracelet was probably in a better condition than I described, because I always side on the side of caution. I called them and spoke to a guy named Carlos who seems to be the only one that works there, but whatever. He couldn’t tell me why it was rejected based on what they said. they just said it did not meet “internal guidelines” so I wanted to know what that meant. I still don’t know what it means because they don’t even know what it means, they couldn’t tell me, or they wouldn’t tell me. I insisted that they send my bracelet back ASAP because they said they will mail it back within 7 days. I rejected lots of other offers and in the end, they screwed me again. They still can’t tell me why it was rejected. I tried calling They hung up on me four times. I tried emailing no response. The frustration and the deception is overwhelming. I finally received an email from them the following day, but that was after I sent multiple emails to them just looking for information on why it was rejected. I Could not get anyone on the phone or by email. I will never buy from them again I will never sell to them again. I believe they offered more than they wanted to pay and had remorse and so instead of being honest about it, they just rejected it with a bullshit reason for why! seller beware, buyer beware. I honestly find them to be dishonest in every way. There are lots of other companies to deal with that Don’t treat customers like this.

***READ READ***I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Rebag and I want others to be very careful.
Everything started in December when I accepted an offer through their website to sell my brand-new limited edition Louis Vuitton bag. A few months later, they suddenly lowered the offer significantly, and I refused it immediately because it was unfair for such a beautiful and valuable bag.
After I declined the reduced offer, Rebag told me they would ship my bag back to me. I never received it.
I contacted FedEx and spoke with a supervisor who informed me that the box was damaged and empty, and that it had supposedly been returned to Rebag. What made this even more suspicious was that when I checked my Rebag account, it showed my bag as SOLD.
From that moment on, I dealt with endless emails and phone calls. Every time, there was another excuse. Rebag claimed they would open a claim with FedEx, but despite repeatedly asking for the claim number, claim date, or any proof, they never provided anything.
I personally contacted FedEx multiple times and was told no claim information could be found.
Instead of refunding me for my lost bag — worth over $3,000 — Rebag only offered store credit for around $2000! That makes absolutely no sense to me. They keep the money while forcing me to purchase something else from them. I did not want store credit. I wanted either MY BAG returned or a proper cash refund.
Unfortunately, the problems continued. I eventually used the credit toward another bag that was shipped from Japan through DHL Express. The tracking said the package was delivered and signed for, but I never signed anything and never received the bag.
I contacted DHL directly, and they later confirmed to me that I did NOT sign for the package. I even saved their message confirming this.
Again, Rebag claimed they would open a claim, but nothing was resolved.
At the end of all this, I lost:
My brand-new limited edition Louis Vuitton bag
The replacement bag I ordered
Over $3,000
This entire experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and unacceptable.
Please be careful before trusting Rebag with expensive luxury items.!!!!!!

I had questions about selling, and Latoya was super helpful. My bag was not deemed acceptable, but Latoya was great in communicating and helping with the process. Hope to try again in the future with other items I have.
