Fast payment

This time, I shipped something and they got back to me quickly and are gonna give me my money in only two weeks. Last time I sent in a bag and it took literally months to get the money from the bag. Even though it was a buyout. I hope this means that you will always do this faster from now on.

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Disappointing Trade-In Experience

I had high hopes for Rebag given their reputation in the luxury resale space, but my trade-in experience left a lot to be desired.

I sent in several items hoping for a fair and smooth process. What I got instead was slow, frustrating communication from customer service — responses took far longer than acceptable, and getting straight answers required multiple follow-ups.

The bigger issue? The trade-in values they offered were significantly lower than the prices they list items for on their site. The margin between what they'll pay you and what they sell for is enormous — and not in the seller's favor. When I raised concerns about the valuation, there was zero flexibility. No negotiation, no discussion — just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude that felt dismissive of my time and the value of the items I sent in.

For a company that markets itself as a trusted partner in luxury resale, the experience felt transactional and one-sided. If you're considering trading in, do your research first and compare what they're offering against other resale platforms. You may find better value and better service elsewhere.

Would not recommend for trade-ins.

Never got my package

Never got my package.
They said was signed by MAraceli but never provided the signature to me
Because they don’t have it.
Very disappointing to lose so much money.

Fees to resell are too high and the process takes too long compared to other outlets. Prices are also not as competitive. I canceled my membership (totally not worth it) and you still billed me.

​Custom Boxes: Using sturdier, Rebag-branded shipping boxes instead of standard FedEx packaging.
​Premium Wrapping: Wrapping items in high-quality tissue paper with a custom Rebag sticker to enhance the unboxing experience.
​Since these are pre-owned luxury goods, a "gift-ready" presentation would make the experience much more special.
