If I could give 0 stars I would. Casey falsely informed of my tax refunds, became incredibly difficult to get in touch with, and now I’m being faced with a £3,000+ fine from HMRC. Please do not use this company. And before they try and say “we have no records of you so this is false”, I have receipts/ emails. It’s really sad how they prey on those who aren’t as clued up as others and if I’d have known the outcome, I would never have done this for an extra £1,000 in my bank. They take a huge chunk and fail to inform you of the consequences.

We have taken time to thoroughly review your file and all communication held on record before responding.
All tax calculations were reviewed and signed in writing prior to submission. Our fee structure was clearly set out in the signed Terms & Conditions before any work commenced.
Refund amounts, commissions and breakdowns were transparent and authorised by you before processing.
With regard to the HMRC penalties referenced, multiple reminders were sent ahead of the January filing deadline in order to submit the 2023/24 return. The statutory deadline and potential late filing penalties were clearly communicated at that time. Unfortunately, no response was received before the deadline.
When you later re-engaged, assistance was offered to review and resolve the position, including options to clear the outstanding balance. You advised that you would contact HMRC directly to discuss the matter, and we did not receive further instruction to proceed on your behalf. Throughout this period, support and assistance remained available should you have wished us to proceed.
We retain full written records of authorisations and communications and take compliance and client transparency extremely seriously.
Should you wish to re-engage so we can review the matter again, we remain open to assisting.

Worst company out there
Worst company out there. Guys do not be scammed by Ellie as she does nothing but lie. I have had an ongoing claim with her and she has been paid and then decided to take more money and has left me dry. Her communication skills are extremely poor and she has been caught out lying. Please don’t use this company. You are best of using an accountant to do your file returns they are cheaper and do the job promptly.

Honestly the process how they do things is terrible. I could have avoid a big penalty if they processed the tax right and on time and keep me notify but they decided not to. I’ve contact them many times regarding to this but they left me out to dry once they got paid and left the penalty to me… very unprofessional I should have trusted some of the other reviews this place…. Literally took advantage of people and once they got paid that’s all they care about. Do Not trust if use this place.

Do not listen to the good reviews. This is a massively scam. Yes i did get money but i had to add them as my tax agent and wouldnt remove themselves. They have put me in self assessment. Lovelyi contacted another tax office who told me that this isnt right and now i have to contact hmrc. He has frauded my account by doing things i haven't signed up for. Please do not trust then they are only good for a one of payment for mess up your account for the long term
