I placed an order in error and emailed…

I placed an order in error and emailed them only 2 hours later to ask to cancel. they replied that order was already shipped..BS!...and no cancellation possible. The offer 90 day return and the thing arrived 2 weeks later. so I aske to return but they replied that I have to ship back to China at my cost, which was more than the cost of the device. They offered a 30% discount if I keep it...so that's what I did. But a BAD experience. Do not buy from Ozzie.

After my comment to Trust Pilot they contacted me and made a very reasonable offer. They seem to genuinely want to keep customers happy.

The hearing aids do boost sound, but my ear canals are so small that they don’t fit properly even with the smallest adapter.

Ich hatte tatsächlich vor, die Hörgeräte zu bestellen, als ich aber erfuhr, dass bei Nichtgefallen die Geräte nach China und nicht an eine deutsche Adreese zurückgesandt werden müssen, habe ich sofort die "Notbremse" gezogen. Ich habe diesen unsäglichen Vorgang mit OrthoBack erlebt und dabei viel Ärger gehabt und Zeit investiert. Es ist unverständlich, dass ich ein Produkt in Deutschland/Europa kaufe, aber die Retoure nach China schicken und dabei beim Porto tief in die Tasche greifen muß.

Great price and better than my previous ones at $7000product and at a great affordable…

Great product and at a great affordable price-took a week longer but after a few adjustments and trimming my ear hair lol (it created a grinding sound) -they have beed working perfect-hearing has improved significantly-highly recommend

Nachdem ich mit dem In-Ohr-Sytem Probleme hatte, wurde mir, ohne Zusatzkoste, ein Hinter-Ohr-System zur Verfügung gestellt - völlig unüblich und mit hoher Anerkennung meinerseits.

Mit dem zusätzlich kostenfrei gelieferten Hinter-Ohr-System komme ich offenbar gut zurecht - mit deutlicher Verstärkungsreserve für die Zukunft. Herzlichen Dank!
