Hearing devices

Fast response and showed concern to make things right and did just that by sending new product which are working perfectly at this time. Customer Service keep up with instructions step by step what was happening and when to expect. No lack of communication. They were reassuring and professional in every way possible.

Faulty hearing aid

It took me a while to get used to wearing the hearing aid but noticed during that time they gave more clarity to certain words during a conversation, unfortunately one of the hearing aids failed to charge, I e mailed them the problem I was having and they quickly responded with alternative methods to try and get the hearing aid to charge unfortunately to no avail, it was quickly decided to replace the hearing aid. Throughout all this the customer service was always polite and genuinely concerned with my problem. I cannot praise them enough. Thanks.

OZZI Hearing Aids are a SCAM! Don't Waste Your Money

Like others, I found these hearing aids completely unusable. I reported the problems to the company and requested my money back per the money-back guarantee advertised. I received an endless number of emails regarding do this/do that to correct the problems. Now it is just a constant runaround with no honoring of the guarantee. It is impossible to know if the aids work for the customer without trying them on. So the requirement that they not be removed from the package for hygiene purposes to return is nothing more than a SCAM.

Has taken some time to adjust to wearing the hearing aids. Had some difficulty finding the right way to placing them in the ear. Now good.

They work fine!

They work fine and my children enjoy the fact that they don’t have to raise their voices anymore! I don’t need to wear them all the time but they are very helpful!!

These folk did an excellent job

These folk did an excellent job, in their advertising, of explaining what differentiated their aids from regular expensive ones and followed that up by giving excellent service and after-sales service as well.
Their helpline...for a new user... was one of the best I have experienced.

Do NOT buy these hearing aids

Do NOT buy hearing aids from this company…it is a complete nightmare trying to return them. If a company offers a full refund on an unopened package but then proceeds to make it virtually impossible to implement the return, avoid the company at all costs. Before buying anything online read all reviews possible; weigh up the good & bad reviews, especially those posted from your own country. Please be aware that for a refund you will be returning your hearing aids to China & not Australia.

BUYERS REMORSE

I, like Eve on her review, felt such pressure and limited time to decide. I am having GIGANTIC BUYERS REMORSE! I have not received mine yet and just wish I hadn’t purchased them. I would have cancelled if possible. I “bit” for the upgrade but not the upgrade kit.
I have hearing aids and am happy with them. I will be returning them, unopened, the minute I get them.

Iam still in response to this situation…

Iam still in response to this situation and feel I have been had .The whole process of ordering these aides was a scam you go to purchase aides being advertised and they try to get you to buy another pair of aides that won’t be out for another 6 months but you have the opportunity to purchase at this low price of … and then they want you to buy another package kit deal .totaling I believe at least another $300.and no way to really back off except to stop responding I did get a call and was going to do the upgrade however my credit card would not let it go thru . I’m grateful .I still did however purchase the 99$ dollar ones regardless .tried them on was not happy said no refund available because the box had been opened How do you know if they will work for you . Offered me a store credit and showed me there best sellers of mosquito spray and devices which I have no interest still waiting on a reply
