The Artic blast cooler wouldn't cool a small toilet let alone a small bedroom. It is absolute junk, and a total waste of money. I'd go as far as saying its false advertising

Impeccable customer service and an excellent product( hearing aids).

After two failed deliveries due to the UK carrier: i) could not find the address, ii) reported the packaged was damaged, Ozzi Home (US) replaced the hearing aids twice. More importantly their customer service was impeccable keeping in touch with me throughout. I now have my hearing aids and am starting to use them on a daily basis. This is helping me a lot with my daily life - I am very glad I bought them. A brilliant experience despite the failed deliveries due to the UK carrier.

Achtung!!!!!!!
Meiner Meinung wird man bei diser Firma betrogen.

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Ware zurück zu schicken, obwohl sie nicht wie forgesehen Funktioniert. Stattdessen versuch man kostenlos Zubehör zu schicken, was ich ablehnte. Darauf bot man mir an 30 Prozen des Kaufpreises zurückerstatten. ICh habe anfang Dezember noch mal reklamiert da noch imer kein Geld eingegangen ist. Habe auch keine Hoffnung dass dieses je eintrifft. Ich kann nur warnen bei dieser Firma was zu bestellen. Ich bestelle schon viele Jahre im Internet und habe ganz selten was zurück geschickt, aber damit keinerlei Probleme gehabt. Aber so geht das garnicht. Bitte aufpassen bei wem ihr bestellt. Ich habe einmal bei Ozzi Home bestellt und nie wieder

Mozzies Down Under!

I have been impressed with the Ozzie Mozzie that I purchased as it has definitely been killing the mosquitoes. Cleaning it is easy and I am hoping my family and I will be able to enjoy the outside of our home at Christmas without being eaten by mozzies! That will be the True Test!

Amazing Priduct and seevice

Amazing service , always updated on my orders. I have now placed another order for 4 more Ozzie mozzie Units. We have them at our beach house and the new ones will be for our home. Amazing product , easy to use and safe around my grandchildren. No more coils, candles or sprays. Highly recommend do do yourself a favour and order some !

I ordered 2 as I am travelling with a…

I ordered 2 as I am travelling with a caravan and I wanted 1 for each end of the awning. They arrived in good condition and in a timely manner.
I place 1 on each end of my caravan awning just before dark. No more annoying mozzies. I can recommend this product to anyone who enjoys the outdoors.

Product sounded interesting

Product sounded interesting, just what we needed.
Our two fans arrived within a week or so, good for this time of year.
Once unboxed and fully USB charged, we set up the remote controls for each fan.
Simple to set up, easy to use, and happy with the fan’s output.

I was so grateful that this company sent me emails supporting me. I felt a lot more confident about having a go with the Hearing Aids. Unfortunately, I was away and didn’t get round to using them. If I could give 0 then I would. I have been double charged on an order and mislead with hidden costs and opted into additional costs that I was unaware of. The product it's self is very underwhelming and certainly not worth the cost and hassle. Not Australia based shipping, not free shipping l, not free warranty. Total scam, avoid.

Service above and beyond

I recently bought Betterhearing CIC hearing aids from OZZI HOME.
I must admit that I was very sceptical about a pair of hearing aids costing less than £70.00.
I have used NHS hearing aids for many years but always found them to be very uncomfortable.
I have very narrow ear canals.
I tried the Betterhearing aids but as ever found the wax guards to be very uncomfortable.
I looked through the assortment of guards supplied and found a very small pair, smaller than I have seen before. I fitted them and for the very first time I could wear the aids without pain or irritation.
I contacted OZZI HOME for help to find a supply of the guards. Their response shocked me.
Not only did they locate what I needed but sent them free of charge. They also included a number of very useful cleaning and maintenance tools that I have since used to great effect. Customer service doesn’t get better than that.

Air Cooler works a treat

"I have only used the air cooler so far at my desk in the office. Works a treat. Taking it to the caravan soon to test it in there."
Just used the coolers in my van. So impressed. Had a comfortable night. Could feel the coolness -different to just a fan. Highly recommend this product. I have 2 going in a 20foot van
